Why do you gain weight?
Investigate your eating habits and emotions. Do you tell yourself you're fat and you can't lose weight? Are you a perfectionist? Are you impatient? Do you have a need for validation? By examining your issues, you will find out what is eating you. Many women lose or gain weight after losing a loved one. When a man leaves us, we do one of two things. We either binge or starve. This is a side effect of feeling hollow and happens when your self worth is tied up in someone else's view of you. We try to nurse the wound with food or by starving ourselves. I have to laugh when I see an 80 pound woman make a negative remark about a heavy person. Being too thin is just as unhealthy as being too heavy. People gain weight for a variety of reasons and not all are spiritual. You can gain weight due to hormonal imbalances, sugar addictions, stress, etc. Although outside forces can contribute to your weight, don't underestimate what your thoughts are doing to your body.
Thoughts are so powerful. I can't stress this enough. Your life is a mixture of your choices and your environment. If you don't like something in your life, take steps to change it. The first step in transforming your life is THOUGHT. What do you put in your mind? What negative things do you say about yourself? The more a thought is repeated, the more power it has. When thought becomes spoken word, it is a reality. I will teach you how to send positive information to your problem areas and lose pounds of baggage. Neuropeptides are chemical messengers that travel throughout the body whenever you think a thought or speak a word. Negative thoughts produce chemicals that depress your immune system and positive thoughts carry other chemicals to enhance the immune system. Your mind/body connection never sleeps. A human being thinks over60,000 thoughts a day.I think you can afford to change a few! Everything can be changed and anything ispossible.
